Otared, a company specializing in creative solutions and smart content production, has announced the launch of its new project “Al-Dayree”, an Arab intellectual property (IP) focused on creative content that explores the world of automobiles and the cultural behaviors surrounding it. The initiative aims to offer a fresh visual narrative of the Arab world's relationship with cars.

“Al-Dayree” combines artistic production with intelligent documentation. It doesn’t just showcase car reviews or test drives but dives deeper into human stories, everyday habits, and cultural markers tied to automotive life in the Middle East.

Modar Al-Hassan, CEO of Otared, said:
“Al-Dayree isn’t just content about cars — it’s a project that tells our own story through them. We’re not copying Western content; we’re shaping an Arab narrative rooted in our streets, cities, and daily life. We’ve already started publishing and are seeing strong engagement from the first episodes on social media.”
Muath Al-Hamami, CEO of Media Turtles Network, the parent company of Otared, added:
“Intellectual property is the foundation of the modern content economy. Through Al-Dayree, we’re introducing a scalable model — from digital programming to merchandise — grounded in a deep understanding of local culture. We aim to build Arab IPs that can thrive globally.”

Al-Dayree has started publishing its episodes on social media, targeting Arab audiences who seek original, culturally resonant content — especially at a time when demand is growing for homegrown media projects with strong visual identity.
