The message we wanted to deliver was simple yet powerful: hands are silent storytellers. They don’t just build; they pray, plan, create, help, fight, and lead. They hold the weight of identity and heritage. They carry the laughter of a child, the wisdom of an elder, and the sacrifice of generations.
Unexpected outcome
Marking the the elevation of King Salman’s words into an iconic national moment. Featuring his 2002 speech as it became publicly used across social media. Resurfacing of the quote from the speech, reaffirmed the values that King Salman and the Kingdom have always stood for. It served as a powerful reminder of national pride, aligning seamlessly with Misk Foundation’s mission to promote leadership, legacy, and cultural grounding in Saudi youth.
Creative approach/challenge
Using a rare filmmaking technique, capturing the shots from the point of view of the actors' arms, metaphorically resembling King Salman’s quote: that the nation was physically and metaphorically built by the hands of its leaders and its people. The approach required meticulous choreography, custom camera rigs, and intense planning with all production departments, specifically Art, Makeup, and Wardrobe.
Outcome/Result
Had over 90 million views across different platforms, with audience's positively reacting to it's narrative and Saudi Founding Day significance.
