About the Event

Layali Al-Jood is a Ramadan charity event organized by Jood Housing Platform, designed to raise donations for housing support beneficiaries through an emotionally impactful, live-broadcasted evening that fosters collective giving and social solidarity. The event features top donors, influencers, and guests from various sectors, showcasing real human cases and encouraging society to give. The program aired on Al Ekhbariya TV, with broad coverage and motivational messaging.

The Idea & The Challenge

During Ramadan, a time of elevated values, the Otarad team was commissioned to deliver an extraordinary interactive experience for the largest housing campaign in Saudi Arabia, under the second edition of the "Jood Al-Manatiq" initiative. The campaign was named Layali Al-Jood, as each night brought unique donor stories and impactful contributions.

The Challenge

The objective was to create an impressive and memorable experience for elite donors. The entire event had to be executed within a tight 48-hour timeframe, followed by continuous operation over 25 nights, with more than 12 hours of activity each day. A dedicated team of over 80 professionals worked tirelessly to bring the vision to life. The initial fundraising target was set at 1 billion SAR — a goal that was not only met but doubled, reaching an outstanding 2 billion SAR.

Execution Journey

In record time, Otared built and launched the entire experience from the ground up. This included the full setup of the main venue in Riyadh, the development of six fully designed interactive zones, and the deployment of miniature versions across 13 regions throughout the Kingdom.

Experience

Visitors embarked on a deeply human journey of empathy and giving, guided through six thoughtfully curated zones. The experience began at the Welcome Area, followed by the Jood Introduction and touching Stories of Giving. Guests then walked through the immersive Jood Regions Tunnel, engaged with the symbolic Giving Tree, and concluded their journey at the impactful Main Stage.

Notable Guests

The event was honored by the presence of several prominent figures and leaders. Among them were H.E. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, and HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Representatives from Al-Muteb Endowments also attended, along with other influential figures from the fields of philanthropy, real estate, and media.
